In particular, the Firm represents EU and Italian banks<\/strong>, financial intermediaries<\/strong>, asset management companies<\/strong> and insurance companies (including those belonging to leading global financial institutions) within the ambit of commercial disputes <\/strong>(arising from alleged breaches of, for instance, placement custody and outsourcing contracts, advisory, trading, portfolio management and loan agreements), as well as in the context of actions for damages<\/strong> brought by professional or retail clients for alleged breach of the provisions governing banking, financial and insurance services.<\/p>\n

Moreover, the Firm has a consolidated experience in assisting qualified operators (and their corporate directors) in relation to sanctionary proceedings<\/strong> brought <\/strong>against them by the competent supervisory authorities<\/strong> (among which, the Bank of Italy, CONSOB and IVASS) for alleged breaches\u00a0 of the relevant regulatory provisions (including, but not limited to, market abuse ones), as well as to the appeal proceedings<\/strong> initiated by our Clients before the competent Court(s) against the resolution imposing a sanction.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, we work alongside independent law firms<\/strong>, as far as EU and Italian law is concerned, in the context of complex judicial cases<\/strong> brought before EU and foreign Courts.<\/p>\n
