In order to enhance financial market participants and financial advisers\u2019 disclosures on ESG factors, thus strengthening investors\u2019 protection, ESAs have recently published draft RTS with regard to content, methodologies and presentation of sustainability-related transparency disclosures having as object:<\/p>\n

  1. adverse sustainability impacts at financial product level; and<\/li>\n
  2. ESG characteristics of a product and the benchmark used, which must be declared in pre-contractual information, on websites, as well as in periodic reports.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
